Certificate of warranty
Each customer of a duka
shower enclosure receives the
duka – certificate of warranty.
This offers:
• 24 months of warranty starting
• from the day of supply.
• The warranty covers any material
• deficiency or manufacturing fault
• existing at the moment of supply.
• Warranty claims must be submitted
• to the retailer who sold the product
• within the period of warranty.
• Warranty claims can only be
• accepted if the certificate of
• warranty is submitted.
• The duka warranty does not cover
• damages caused by transport or due
• to inappropriate use. (Claims for
• transport damages must be submitted
• to the carrier or retailer prior to installation).
• 5 years of warranty starting from the day
• of production and 10 years buy in addition
• warranty.
